What are comppoints and how do they work?

There are two types of comppoints, and they are earned in parallel at the same rate:

Status comppoints

  • Used to progress through Loyalty Levels
  • Determine your level, rewards, and cashback tier
  • Protect your progress once you reach Level 5

Redeemable comppoints

  • Collected alongside Status comppoints
  • Stored in your balance
  • Can be exchanged for cash from Level 4 onward

How are comppoints earned?

  • Slots: 1 comppoint for every €25 (or equivalent) wagered
  • All other games: 1 comppoint for every €200 (or equivalent) wagered

Points are awarded automatically while playing real-money games.

How can I exchange comppoints for cash?

You can exchange redeemable comppoints for cash from Level 4.

Your available comppoints are shown in your profile, where you can exchange them for cash.

Exchange rate:

100 comppoints = €2.00 (or equivalent in your currency)

How does comppoints reset work?

The Loyalty Program runs on a global 3-month cycle.

  • The countdown timer is the same for all players
  • Progress resets once every 3 months

Important rules:

  • Players below Level 5 lose their progress when the timer ends
  • Players who reach Level 5 or higher keep their progress — no reset applies
  • Reaching Level 5 permanently protects your Loyalty progress.

Terms and conditions

  1. The Loyalty Program is available to all registered players who place real-money bets on the website.
  2. Players earn comppoints by placing real-money bets only. Bets placed with bonus funds do not count towards comppoints accumulation.
  3. Сomppoints are awarded at the following rate: Slots: 1 comppoint for every €25 wagered (or equivalent) and all other games : 1 comppoint for every €200 wagered (or equivalent)
  4. Two types of comppoints are awarded simultaneously:
    Status comppoints, which determine the player’s Loyalty Level.
    Redeemable comppoints, which can be exchanged for cash starting from Level 4.
    The result of the exchange comppoints is subject to wagering x10.
  5. To level up in the Loyalty Program, players must collect the required number of Status comppoints and meet the turnover conditions shown in the progress bar.
  6. Loyalty rewards are credited automatically after each level-up, according to the benefits available at the achieved level.

  1. The Loyalty Program operates on a global quarterly cycle. Every three (3) months, Loyalty progress will reset for players who have not reached Level 5 by the end of the cycle.
  2. Players who reach Level 5 or higher before the reset date will retain their Loyalty Level and accumulated progress. No reset applies to these players.
  3. A countdown timer showing the time remaining until the next Loyalty Program reset is displayed to all players.
